Contact Us
We read everything that comes in. Whether it is a correction, a question, or a bookmaker you think we have been too soft on, it is welcome and it gets a reply from a person.
How to reach us
Email contact@primebettingsites.com. That address reaches the person who writes the site rather than a ticketing system, and most messages are answered within two working days. If something has gone wrong on the site itself, a broken page or a link that goes nowhere, it usually gets fixed the same day.
What we are genuinely glad to hear about
- Corrections. An offer that has changed, a term that has been quietly rewritten, a withdrawal time that no longer matches what we published. This is the single most useful thing a reader can send us.
- Your own experience with a bookmaker. Particularly withdrawals, verification and account restrictions. One report is an anecdote, but several pointing the same way is a pattern worth investigating and writing about.
- Bookmakers we have missed. If a UK Gambling Commission licensed firm deserves coverage and is not here, tell us who and why.
- Questions about how betting works. If something we have written is unclear, that is our failing rather than yours, and the answer usually improves the page for everybody.
What we cannot help with
We are an independent guide. We are not a bookmaker, we hold no accounts on your behalf, we cannot see your balance and we have no influence over any operator’s decisions. So we cannot help with:
- A withdrawal that has not arrived. Contact the bookmaker first and keep a record of what you send.
- A closed, restricted or stake-limited account. Bookmakers may limit accounts at their discretion and are not obliged to explain why.
- A bonus dispute. Read the offer terms carefully, then take it up with the operator.
- Self-exclusion requests. These must go to the bookmaker directly, or through GAMSTOP if you want to cover every UKGC licensed site at once.
If a bookmaker will not resolve it
Every UKGC licensed bookmaker must give you access to a free, independent alternative dispute resolution service. Complain to the bookmaker first and get their final response in writing. If that does not settle it, escalate to their named ADR provider, which will be listed in their terms.
The Gambling Commission itself does not adjudicate individual disputes, but it does want to know when an operator behaves badly, and reports feed into how firms are regulated. It is worth telling them.
For bookmakers and PR
Requests to be reviewed are welcome and cost nothing. What we will not do is take payment for a position, agree a score in advance, or let an operator see a review before publication. If that rules out working together, so be it. Our affiliate disclosure explains where the line sits.
18+. If gambling is causing you difficulty, please do not wait to ask for help. Our responsible gambling page lists free, confidential UK support, and none of it costs anything or goes on any record that affects you.
